- Game day Availability (Required to attend 5 home matches.)
- Flexibility to participate in tabling events and other community activities
- Position runs through the 2026-27 LOVB Nebraska season
- Pregame Setup & Activations: Assist front office staff with pregame promotional giveaways, fan activations, and venue preparation.
- In-Game Operations: Work closely with front office staff across various departments to execute in-game responsibilities and event logistics.
- Fan Hospitality & Service: Serve as a brand ambassador by welcoming fans, assisting with inquiries, and fostering a positive, high-energy environment.
- Professional Representation: Represent LOVB Nebraska in a professional and energetic manner for the duration of every game day event.
- Supply & Event Preparation: Coordinate with the front office to collect all necessary promotional materials and tabling supplies prior to scheduled events.
- On-Site Logistics: Arrive early at designated community locations to set up equipment and prepare a booth prior to event start times.
- Community Engagement: Proactively interact with prospective fans and community members to raise brand awareness and drive engagement for LOVB Nebraska.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills for engaging with fans and prospective attendees.
- High-energy, positive, and customer-service-oriented approach to fan hospitality and brand representation.
- Proactive attitude with strong initiative during tabling, community outreach, and event setups.
- Ability to adapt quickly and problem-solve in fast-paced live event and game day environments.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail for handling logistics and promotional materials.
- Passion for sports, live entertainment, community involvement, or delivering exceptional fan experiences.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Participation in collegiate organizations, athletics, or volunteer activities is a plus.
- Prior experience working sporting events or live entertainment is beneficial but not required.
