Position Summary
We are seeking a nanny who is attentive, patient, and professional, with solid experience caring for toddlers. We value someone who is organized, communicative, and consistent in their approach.
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily routines, including wake windows, naps, meals, and structured play
- Support age-appropriate learning through reading, sensory activities, and developmental play
- Assist with baby-related tasks such as bottle washing, organizing diaper bags, restocking baby stations, and keeping baby areas tidy
- May perform some baby-related laundry but cleaning lady typically does this
- Help keep our child’s environment clean, safe, and well-organized
- Be open to occasional travel (travel-related expenses covered; we always confirm availability ahead of time)
- Communicate clearly with the parents and work collaboratively
- Provide a nurturing, structured environment for our child
- Note: We are expecting a second baby in June, so experience with infants and/or caring for two young children is helpful
Requirements
- At least 2 year of experience caring for infants or toddlers
- Understanding of age-appropriate routines and developmental stages
- Reliable, professional, and communicative
- Comfortable with a consistent weekly schedule and occasional adjustments with notice
- Willing to obtain: Infant CPR, First Aid, and Water Safety Training
- Must pass a background check
- Must have reliable transportation
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
