Produce Associate – Lou’s Farm Mart (Bensalem, PA)
We’re hiring full-time produce associates to help keep our department stocked, fresh, and looking its best.
For nearly 50 years, Lou’s has been a go-to spot in the Bensalem community—starting as a small roadside stand and growing into a full-service market known for top-quality produce, friendly service, and a welcoming vibe.
What You’ll Do:
- Offer Customer Service in an outward and enthusiastic way: Greeting guests at the door and offering insight into sales and products
- Unload and organize incoming produce deliveries
- Stock, rotate, and display fruits and vegetables
- Keep everything fresh and up to quality standards
- Help customers with questions and recommendations
- Maintain clean, organized, and eye-catching displays
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support your team wherever needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing and Enthusiastic about customer service
- Capable of self motivatiing
- 18 years old who can work during the day
- Produce or grocery experience is a plus (but we’ll train the right person!)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for an 8 hour shift
- Fast, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Friendly, dependable, and a strong team player
- Must be available on weekends
Availability:
- Full-time or part-time (weekend hours required)
- Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
Store Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
- Saturday: 8 AM – 6 PM
- Sunday: 8 AM – 4 PM
