Deli Associate – Lou’s Farm Mart (Bensalem, PA)
Love working with people and great food? Lou’s Farm Mart is hiring part-time and full-time Deli Associates to join our fast-paced, customer-focused deli team.
For over 45 years, Lou’s Farm Mart has proudly served the Bensalem community, growing from a small fruit stand into a full-service neighborhood market known for homemade foods and outstanding service.
What You’ll Do
- Slice and package deli meats and cheeses
- Prepare fresh sandwiches and assist with daily prep
- Help customers with orders and offer product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized deli area while following food safety standards
- Stock and merchandise deli cases for a full, appealing display
- Work as part of a team and support other areas when needed
- Sample new or featured products as directed by management
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older
- Deli or food prep experience preferred (we will train the right person)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, dependable, team-oriented attitude
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
- Weekend availability is required
Availability & Shifts
- Part-time and full-time positions available
- Mix of morning and evening shifts
- Evening shifts end around 7:00–7:30 PM (Sundays 5:00–5:30 PM)
Store Hours
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
