Cafe Employee at Loup - Soup with a Local Twist

We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to fill a great part-time role! Ideal for those with weekday daytime availability (mid-morning through mid-afternoon), with opportunities for additional hours for interested candidates!

Hours

• Monday through Friday
• 10:30 am - 2:30 or 3:30 pm

Core Responsibilities Include

• Greeting customers and managing the register
• Assisting with food preparation
• Ladling soup and plating orders
• Assembling sandwiches to specifications
• Maintaining cleanliness of all work areas

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and coworkers
• Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize
• Ability to stand throughout shifts and to lift 20-30 lbs to perform work tasks
