This is not a standard bar job. We are looking for someone who understands atmosphere, pacing, hospitality psychology, and how to curate a room.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and elevate the overall guest experience from arrival to departure
- Set the tone of the room: energy, pacing, and hospitality standards
- Oversee floor flow and member engagement
- Support DJ nights and music programming with proper crowd management
- Anticipate member needs before they are expressed
- Uphold private club discretion and exclusivity standards
- Ensure service team alignment with club expectations
- Assist in maintaining premium ambiance and vibe consistency
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in upscale lounge, private club, nightlife, or hospitality environment
- Strong understanding of guest engagement and atmosphere control
- Confident personality with natural leadership presence
- Ability to read a room and adjust energy accordingly
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
- Experience working in music-driven venues preferred
- Reliable transportation and strong punctuality
