As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team.
As a Sales Representative at Loukas Motorcars you will be the face of our dealership and guiding customers through one of the most significant purchases of their lives. You will work closely with our sales and finance teams to deliver outstanding service from the first handshake to the final signature.
Duties
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional showroom experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options from our inventory
- Conduct informative vehicle walkarounds and test drives
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Negotiate vehicle pricing, trade-in values, and financing options
- Collaborate with the finance department to finalize deals and complete paperwork
- Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely and professional manner
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and dealership KPIs
- Stay current on vehicle features, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and dealership management systems (DMS)
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to apply
