Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and efficiency
- Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound deliveries against documentation
- Stock shelves systematically, ensuring products are organized for easy access and inventory accuracy
- Assist with order fulfillment activities including order picking, packing, and labeling using basic math skills for quantity verification
- Support warehouse distribution operations by loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols
Qualifications
- Prior HVAC experience strongly preferred.
- Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments preferred
- Demonstrated ability to operate equipment such as forklifts
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and order processing
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and maneuvering equipment safely
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with experience in order picking & packing processes
