Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor residents' health status and vital signs, reporting any changes to the attending physician.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist in the admission and discharge processes, ensuring smooth transitions for residents.
- Document all care provided accurately and timely in residents' medical records.
- Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
- Adhere to all regulatory standards and facility policies to maintain quality care.
- Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a long-term care or similar setting.
- Excellent clinical skills with a focus on compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
