Louisville Gardens is hiring a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Memory Care Unit as a Weekend Warrior. This is a great opportunity for a CNA who enjoys building relationships with residents and wants a predictable schedule with a supportive nursing team.

Weekend Warrior Schedule

• Saturday, Sunday & Monday

• 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

• 12-hour shifts

• Consistent 3-day schedule

• Consistent Weekend Warrior schedule

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, and other activities of daily living

• Assist with transfers, mobility, ambulation, and repositioning

• Provide reassurance and redirection for residents with dementia

• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs

• Observe and report changes in resident condition

• Follow individualized care plans

• Work closely with nurses and other members of the care team

• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive environment

• Current CNA certification

• Dementia, memory care, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience is a plus

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work the required Saturday, Sunday & Monday schedule

• Experienced and newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply
