Local Class A CDL Drivers in Louisville, KY

• $27.50 - $29.00 Per Hour based on experience
• Overtime paid after 40 hours
• Weekly Pay - Direct Deposit

What we do:

• 100 % No Touch Freight
• City moves in Louisville Metro area
• Local moves within a 150 mile radius of the Louisville Metro area
• City drivers are dispatched daily based on seniority
• Road or mileage drivers are normally dispatched Friday night for Monday’s run based on seniority. The rest of the week is 1st in & 1st out.
• Most common regional moves include Remington IN, Marion IN, Lynchburg TN, Harvey IL and Saint Louis MO
• Occasional but very infrequent longer runs that require an overnight stay for mileage drivers with sleeper trucks
• Regional drivers are paid mileage (currently .60 cents per mile) and as such are exempt from overtime pay. They do however enjoy numerous pay incentives that hourly drivers are not privy to.
• Most common product hauled - Dry van freight (liquor and auto parts), intermodal containers (20’ and 40’) and ISO tanks (hazmat and non hazmat). Some flatbed freight for experienced drivers.

Job Requirements:

• 16 - 18 Months of CDL A Experience Required to Apply
• Clean MVR
• Must Meet FMCSA Requirements

Wage Range: 27.50 - 29.00 per hour
