Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Supervisor for our on-site facility in Chino, CA. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, including staff supervision, shipping and receiving coordination, material handling, and inventory accuracy. This role also ensures workflow efficiency, safety compliance, and operational excellence to support organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and daily operational partners across multiple languages commonly used in the region.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance management
- Hands-on experience with Shipping & Receiving, Material Handling, and Drop Shipping workflows
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Control practices for accurate stock tracking
- Proficiency in forklift operation with valid certifications
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or related software is a plus
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing is highly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or operations are an asset
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English for daily communication with drivers, warehouse staff, and operational partners
- Spanish language ability is a bonus
