- Current Medical Aesthetician License
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience performing medical-grade aesthetic treatments.
- Laser experience highly preferred, including, Laser Hair Removal and Laser Aesthetic Treatments
- Pass Background Check and Drug Screen
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
- Strong knowledge of skin types, skincare products, and contraindications.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Comfortable with sales, treatment planning, and recommending product regimens.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills
Job Duties/Services:
- Perform medical-grade aesthetic services, including DiamondGlow facial, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, and related treatments.
- Deliver safe and effective laser aesthetic treatments (e.g., Laser Hair Removal, Skin Resurfacing) in accordance with protocols and training.
- Knowledge of Lumenis and Sciton laser platforms is preferred.
- Conduct client consultations, review medical history, and recommend customized treatment protocols.
- Provide support & float staffing to front desk, scheduling & registration as directed.
- Sale of skincare products and treatments/services offered by the clinic.
- Educate clients on available treatments, skincare routines, and retail products.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in client charts, including consents, treatment notes, and photography.
- Uphold all safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
- Participate in ongoing training, continuing education, and staff meetings.
