Description:Job Title: Information Technology ManagerDepartment: Information TechnologyReports to: Vice President of Information TechnologyFLSA Status: ExemptLocation: On-Site. Covington, LAPosition SummaryThe Information Technology Manager provides operational and technical leadership for all systems and infrastructure supporting LOPA’s mission. This role delivers reliable, secure, and efficient technology services across all locations, striking a balance between hands-on problem-solving and strategic execution. This role ensures efficient, high-quality service delivery while supporting LOPA’smission and values. As a front-line leader, the Manager fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Contributes to departmental goals and initiatives in alignment with LOPA’s mission and strategic direction. Supports the implementation of new projects, policies, and performance metrics that drive continuous improvement.Operational Management: Oversees day-to-day departmental operations to ensure regulatory compliance, efficiency, and service quality. Manages resources, scheduling, and systems that support effective workflows.Talent & Culture Development: Leads and mentors staff to promote a high-performing, inclusive team culture. Provides coaching, facilitates training, and partners with HR on staffing and performance development.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborates with peers, leaders, and external partners to support seamless operations and cross-functional alignment. Serves as a point of contact for issue resolution and service coordination.Information Technology Oversight: Oversees LOPA’s technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and user support for 300 employees across four regional offices, ensuring 24/7 coverage through active participation in the rotating service desk schedule. Manages network, cloud, and endpoint systems by coordinating staff and vendors, maintaining performance standards, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with HR on staffing and development, maintains IT policies, and supports budgeting and cost-efficient resource management.Additional Responsibilities: Supports departmental planning, audits, meetings, and policy updates while driving process improvements and issue resolution. This role also ensures staff readiness, coordinates internal resources, and collaborates with stakeholders to align IT services with organizational goals and strategic initiatives. Keeps informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to identify tools or practices that may improve efficiency, reliability, or service quality.Requirements:Qualifications & CompetenciesBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Minimum of five (5) years of progressive IT experience, including network, systems, or security administration, including two (2) years of supervisory experience.Strong knowledge of networking, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks, and enterprise IT environments (Google Workspace, Power BI, SQL, endpoint/network management, automation tools).Experience developing IT policies, documentation, system standards, and managing vendors and technology lifecycles across multiple locations.Familiarity with data governance, system integrations, and business continuity planning.Strong understanding of network administration, infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles.Demonstrated ability to lead people and processes effectively in a fast-paced environment.Skilled communicator with strong relationship-building and coaching abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and organizational systems.Committed to ethical leadership, service excellence, and inclusive team culture.Work Environment & ExpectationsFull-time, salaried position.May require after-hours availability and occasional travelOffice and clinical environments; occasional exposure to clinical materialsThis position may require the ability to lift, move, or reposition equipment and/or supplies.
