Scope of Work
Administrative
- Email, physical mail and phone support
- Maintain passwords, log in information & other details for all accounts including management of software accounts
- Insurance Management

Membership/Website
- Member communications
- Invoicing and processing
o LHBA membership dues are billed monthly to ten local associations, representing their (LHBA) share of duescollected from members at the local level.
- Website management and content updates
o Including domain registry & security compliance
Event Management - Crawfish Boil (Spring) Installation Banquet (Winter)
· Contract and Vendor Negotiation
· Budgeting
· Site inspections
· Sponsorship Recruitment
· Logistics Planning including vendor contracts
· Program Management
· Event Arrangements including space requirements, time allocations, drayage needs, and/or dietetic restrictions.
· Promotional Materials
· Registration Management
· Financial Management
· Onsite Services
· Event Assessment
Governance
· Manage Board meetings logistics (Winter, Spring & Fall), including handling meeting correspondence, and interfacing with hotels for rooms, space, logistics
o Setup and arrange Executive Committee meetings held before each Board Meeting as well
· Create meeting agendas, document meeting minutes, and prepare/distribute meeting materials along with reminders
· Maintain, store, and update association history books as needed
· Manage travel logistics for board leaders to attend NAHB meetings as needed
· Assist with the maintenance of and updates to Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Policies & Procedures Manual, and other corporate records
· Assistance in ensuring that LHBA is following State and Federal laws regulating not-for-profit organizations
· Distribution and receipt of ballots and/or proxies for annual elections
· Support the work of established and ad hoc committees, as directed, to ensure objectives are met
· Work with leadership in implementing the Strategic Plan
· Support Senior Officer meetings (virtually)
· Plan, execute and oversee orientation process for new Board Members
Financial Services
- Budgeting
- Accounts receivable/accounts payable
- Reconciliation monthly checking/credit card statements
- Oversee reimbursements for Touch Program
- Recruiting & tracking sponsorships
Marketing & Creative
- Social media management
- Graphic creation through existing software license
Miscellaneous
· Maintain effective relationships with other organizations, both public and private, and ensure that the position of the Association and its members is enhanced
· Handle logistics for NAHB Spring Leadership Meeting including setting up meetings with federal legislators and social gathering of local members
· Attendance to the NAHB Spring Leadership Meeting, NAHB AMC Meeting, NAHB Leadership Meeting & IBS Meeting
- · Plan a social gathering annually at the IBS Meeting
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
