This role is responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of quality assurance, learning and development, and process improvement programs to enhance the service delivery of Health Plan Operations. This includes leveraging technology and fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration. How You Contribute to the Company’s Mission In This Role Accountable for the delivery of service experience to internal and external customers and stakeholders for areas of responsibility. Oversees the management of the design, development, execution, and assessment of operational curriculum for instructor-led training (ILT), virtual-led training (VLT), eLearning courses and/or blended operational learning programs. Leads the development of business requirements solutions, ensuring alignment with all impacted parties, business partners, and resources, as well as other enterprise goals. Identifies and designs solutions for integrating functions, technology, and processes into the existing operational areas and that supports business needs, identifying potential issues, needed project changes and scope. Conducts cost/benefit analyses for proposed solutions. Articulates the division’s needed outcomes to all stakeholders regarding key initiatives and projects, both divisional and corporate. Builds consensus across organizational functional areas, leads root cause analysis, uncovers trends, contributes to solution definition, and determines best practices both internally and externally Coordinates the development and implementation of corporate projects and programs that impact the division; ensures program/project meets its stated objectives; provides subject matter expertise for throughout the lifecycle of projects. Coordinates with divisional leaders to inform and provide guidance on training needs related to new processes; develops readiness success measures and performs periodic assessment and reports to leadership. Responsible for analyzing, determining, and driving opportunities to standardize, eliminate waste and improve end-to-end processes Builds communication & awareness plans that drive support for business change throughout the organization. Leads the project prioritization and scheduling activities for the business unit. Provides expertise in process planning and portfolio management activities. Supports the execution of the operating plan Serves as a thought leader regarding improvements of end-to-end processes enterprise-wide, with integration points in key business areas including but not limited to Operations, Compliance, Providers, Claims, Client Services, Enrollment & Billing, IT, etc. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s in business, IT or related field. Four years of related experience can be used in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. 7 years of experience in successfully developing and leading large enterprise-wide projects with significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign that includes business readiness and change management is required 5 years of leadership experience required Strong oral and written communication, presentation, interpersonal and public speaking skills Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional project teams from concept to launch, to make sound business decisions, prioritize assignments, analyze data, resolve problems, and work independently Innovative, change leader with string team building and collaboration with knowledge of planning models and methodology, project management and change management experience (strategic and execution) Experience and understanding of education technology and the implementation of technology strategies.
