We are a locally owned insurance agency in Allen Parish looking to hire 1–3 motivated individuals who want more than just a job—they want a long-term career helping local families and businesses protect what matters most.

No insurance experience is required.

If you have strong people skills, a good reputation, and a desire to help others, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and licensing support needed to succeed.

We encourage applications from individuals with experience in:

• Banking or credit unions
• Education (teachers, coaches, school employees)
• Auto sales or finance
• Military service
• First responders
• Small business ownership
• Customer service or relationship-focused roles

• Help clients identify the insurance coverage that fits their needs
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Educate families and businesses on Auto, Home, Farm, and Life insurance options
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement
• Provide exceptional customer service and policy support

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Desire to learn and build a professional career
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to obtain a Louisiana insurance license (licensing assistance provided)
