This position serves as the primary assistant to the District 03 Program Delivery/Design Engineer, performing all necessary functions to support the delivery of programs and projects managed by the District. While the role is independent in nature, work is performed under the direct supervision of a licensed professional engineer.

Minimum Qualifications
Possession of a high school diploma or GED plus four years of sub-professional engineering experience, one year of which must have been in a position equivalent or higher in scope of responsibility and/or complexity of work performed to an Engineering Technician 4 in state service plus two years of experience in architecture, construction management, engineering or project management for transportation/public works structures; OR
A current Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate issued by the Project Management Institute; OR
A bachelor's degree in an architecture, construction, industrial or engineering field plus two years of experience in architecture, construction management, engineering or project management for transportation/public works structures.
