Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of claims adjusters handling WC and liability claims.
- Monitor claim files for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory and client standards.
- Provide technical guidance and training to staff on claim handling procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze claim trends and assist in developing strategies to improve outcomes.
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation in accordance with company and client protocols.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation claims.
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of state WC laws and liability claim processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in claims management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adjuster license(s) as required by state regulations.
