Louisiana Bridge Builders (“LBB”) is designing and building the new I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge in Lake Charles, Louisiana (USA) for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD). LBB will also be responsible for the reconstruction of interstate highway, various structures, ramps, and approaches for a 5.5 mile stretch between I-210 West End and Ryan Street.

Position Purpose/Summary
The Cement Mason/Concrete Finisher - Lead is committed to supporting Louisiana Bridge Builders by placing, finishing, repairing concrete surfaces, and curing concrete surfaces to include roads, sidewalks and curbs, to achieve specified textures and finishes while ensuring quality, durability, and safety standards are met.

Qualifications
The Cement Mason/Concrete Finisher - Lead position requires working knowledge, skills, and abilities as they relate to the position. Must have at least five (5) years of concrete finisher or similar construction experience and a valid and current driver’s license. Experience placing and finishing bridge decks working around/with Bidwell roller pavers and work bridges asset. Experience leading a team/crew is preferred.
