The Broom/Sweeper Operator - Level II is committed to supporting Louisiana Bridge Builders by operating specialized vehicles or equipment to clean streets, parking lots, construction sites, or industrial areas.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
At a minimum, the
Motor Grader/Blade Operator II
must have (3) years of relevant, proven, experience operating construction equipment and total station leveling systems. National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Certification is preferred.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Operate street sweepers, power brooms, or vacuum trucks to clean assigned areas
- Remove dirt, debris, leaves, and other materials from streets, parking lots, and worksites
- Perform routine inspection and basic maintenance of sweeping equipment
- Report mechanical issues or needed repairs promptly
- Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws
- Use proper disposal methods for collected waste materials
- Maintain accurate logs of work completed, fuel usage, and equipment condition
- Assist with site cleanup on construction or municipal projects when needed
- Operate machinery to perform tasks efficiently and safely.
- Performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
