What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-time/Part-time Registered Line Technician position at Louisiana Autism Center?
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Line Technician (RLT) to join our ABA therapy team. The RLT provides typically 1:1 direct therapy to clients, most often children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities. Services are delivered using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and are based on individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide typically 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in clinic setting
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Support skill development in communication, social interaction, behavior regulation, and daily living skills
- Collect and record accurate data during each session
- Follow behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
- Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
- Communicate regularly with supervisors, caregivers, and team members
- Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and client confidentiality standards
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
