Louisburg Ford is looking to add a Title/Accounting clerk to our award winning team! We are seeking an organized highly motivated individual who has great communication skills and attention to detail, who is a team player!
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Receives all deals, New and Pre-owned vehicle purchases.
*Verifies all required paperwork is in each deal.
*Processes title and registration paperwork for all new and pre-owned vehicle purchases.
*Prepares tax and title paperwork for the State the vehicle is to be registered in.
*Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is correct and complete.
*Files the liens as required by law in the State the vehicle is to be registered in.
*Handles all paperwork for a vehicle traded in.
*Verifies the payoff information is present and accurate and follows up on all titles due in to the dealership.
*Promptly and professionally answer incoming and internal calls
*Processes dealer trades
*Any other tasks from Manager
Job Requirements
*Self Motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize daily activities.
*Must be detailed oriented.
*Strong organization skills required.
*Must have good communication skills both written and verbal.
*Computer proficiency.
*Must pass background checks, MVR, Drug test.
*Prefer Accounting billing and or title experience.
*Mathematical aptitude.
