About us
Established small Agoura Hills law office specializing in high-profile newsworthy cases with causes, representing whistle-blowers that report fraud against the government (False Claims Act), and plaintiffs in employment cases (whistleblower retaliation, discrimination and sexual harassment) has an opening for a full time lawyer. Experience in labor and employment or False Claims Act preferred.
We practice in state and federal court and bring government fraud cases for whistleblowers nationwide. We select very few cases, litigate against the best law firms, and fight for our clients with great success.
Qualifications
Admitted to the California bar. Looking for candidate with good academic credentials, excellent legal writing skills, strong communication skills and interest in employment litigation and representing whistleblowers. Must have the ability to work independently and be highly motivated.
Responsibilities
The candidate will be asked to prepare and respond to written discovery and motions, conduct depositions, attend mediations, document review and analysis, communicate with clients, pre-trial preparation, and assist in trials.
This position is ideal for an attorney looking to gain or further develop litigation experience. Successful candidate will have good communication skills, and most importantly care about the quality of their work.
