Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is prepared safely, following proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients for various dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
- Support the team in managing food inventory and ensuring freshness of ingredients
- Follow all food safety regulations and uphold hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and ensure timely order completion
Requirements
- Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in basic cooking methods
- Experience with menu planning or fine dining environments is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
