We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Diesel Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related systems.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Perform equipment repair, including electrical systems and heavy equipment operation.
- Fabricate parts as needed to ensure optimal performance of machinery.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for assembly and disassembly tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Diesel Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, and heavy equipment operation.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and fabrication techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- A valid driver's license is required.
