What You'll Do
- Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating the correct parts for their vehicles
- Process parts orders, look up part numbers, and manage inventory using our parts catalog system
- Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing incoming inventory
- Coordinate with the Service department to ensure technicians have parts ready for scheduled repairs
- Handle special orders and follow up with customers on order status
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and safety-compliant
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with automotive parts
- High school diploma required
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Work Environment
- This position is based on-site at Folsom Lake Nissan in Folsom, California
- Standard dealership business hours; some flexibility or overtime may be required during month-end closing
