Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Develop and oversee the long-term social media roadmap across all platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to ensure sustainable brand growth.
- Data Storytelling & Reporting: Conduct weekly performance audits and use data-driven insights to refine our creative approach and maximize ROI.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Execute deep-dive competitive analysis and sentiment tracking to ensure the brand leads industry conversations rather than following them.
- Paid & Organic Synergy: Collaborate closely with media buying teams to ensure organic content and paid advertising campaigns are working in harmony toward unified goals.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of full-time social media strategy experience (excluding internships).
- Portfolio: A proven track record and portfolio showcasing full-funnel strategies, campaign case studies, and measurable results.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in native platform analytics and third-party tools such as Sprout Social, Dash Hudson, or similar.
