Were looking for aClient Success Coordinator to join our team and help deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for one of our largest clients. In this role, youll be the heartbeat of communicationensuring every request is handled with care, every detail is accounted for, and every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Youll work closely with our internal creative and production teams to translate client needs into action, keeping projects on track and communication clear. Most importantly, youll help us create an experience that not only meets expectations but exceeds themevery time.

What Youll Do

• Serve as the clients main day-to-day contact, delivering timely, thoughtful, and professional communication.
• Coordinate requests across internal teams to ensure every deliverable is accurate, on time, and on brand.
• Stay ahead of the clients event scheduleanticipating needs, identifying potential challenges, and proactively supporting solutions.
• Represent both the client and Loudr with empathy, consistency, and a commitment to excellence.
• Strengthen trust by following through, staying organized, and always keeping quality at the forefront.
