Position Summary
The Marketing and Program Support Assistant strengthens both LVC’s community programs and our marketing and fundraising activities. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, compassionate, and energized by purpose-driven work.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Fundraising Support
- Assist with fundraising activities and campaign execution
- Research prospective corporate and community partners
- Support the Executive Director with outreach event coordination
- Maintain accurate donor and partner data in CRM
- Assist with stewardship: thank-you letters, mailings, event logistics
- Coordinate event attendance with Board members
Communications & Digital Engagement
- Update website and social media with mission-focused content
- Help create newsletters, flyers, and digital outreach materials
- Track engagement and support communications strategy
Program & Administrative Support
- Answer incoming calls warmly and professionally
- Greet visitors and support front desk reception
- Assist with scheduling as needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Compassionate, professional communication style
- Experience with social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of website updates (WordPress a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Boomerang preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience supporting older adults or adults with disabilities a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $23–$27/hour, based on experience
- 30 hours/week; hybrid up to 2 days/week after 90 days
