Position Summary
Loudoun United is seeking dependable and customer-focused Game Day Operations Staff to support home match operations. This role assists with stadium setup, fan services, and overall matchday execution to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Assist with pre-match stadium setup and post-match breakdown, including signage, seating areas, and fan engagement spaces
- Provide guest services support, including greeting fans, answering questions, and assisting with seating and general inquiries
- Support ticketing and access control operations, including ticket scanning and entry management
- Assist with merchandise sales and sponsor activation areas as needed
- Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure smooth matchday execution
- Deliver consistent, professional customer service throughout events
- Perform other game day duties as assigned by operations staff
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to approximately 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and most Loudoun United home matches
- Prior experience in customer service, events, hospitality, or sports operations preferred
