Manageable, Purposeful Caseload
- ~13 patients/day
- 60-minute evals and follow-ups
- Rehab tech support for part of each follow-up
This model ensures you can build genuine relationships and deliver the level of care you’re proud of.
Balanced Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Standard 5×8 schedule
- Optional 4×10 for the right candidate
- No weekends — ever
Variety & Specialization
Work with orthopedic, post-surgical, and athletic cases, with room to grow your clinical interests (manual therapy, dry needling, performance rehab, etc.).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $78,000–$105,000 (experience & credentials considered)
- Sign-On Bonus: $8,000, structured across your first year (90 days, 6, 9, and 12 months)
- Student Loan Assistance: $500/month after 6 months — $6,000/year
- Unlimited CEUs full certification reimbursement (OCS, dry needling, and more)
