LMG is seeking an internal medicine or family medicine physician to take over a successful practice in Western Loudoun County upon retirement of the current physician. This would entail working in tandem with the current physician for a period of time to ensure a smooth transition of patient care.

Qualifications
- Strong clinical experience in Primary Care and Internal or Family Medicine, with the ability to manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions.
- Comfort and proficiency in Urgent Care settings, including evaluation and management of same-day or walk-in patient needs.
- Commitment to Community Health, including preventive care, patient education, and culturally responsive care for diverse populations.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree, completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency, and board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine.
- Current, unrestricted Virginia medical license (or eligibility to obtain), DEA registration, and CPR/BLS certification.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-disciplinary setting.
- Comfort with electronic health records, evidence-based practice, and participation in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
