Position Summary
As Director of Agency Business Development, you will be a cornerstone of Loud And Live’s revenue generation and strategic growth engine. This role demands an ambitious, dynamic, and highly strategic individual who can craft and execute a compelling go-to-market plan, generate high-value leads, and drive sustained new business through consultative selling strategies. You will be charged with identifying and engaging with brand marketers looking for integrated marketing solutions that connect emotionally with consumers—through shopper/retail and experiential campaigns amplified by digital and traditional channels.
This role goes far beyond transactional sales—it requires a marketing-minded strategist who understands how to guide brands through Loud And Live’s unique value proposition, uncovering and solving complex marketing challenges while shaping meaningful, scalable partnerships.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in business development, with a minimum of 4 years in an integrated marketing or experiential agency environment.
- Proven track record of identifying, pitching, and winning six- and seven-figure brand marketing engagements.
- Experience working with Fortune 1000 brands across verticals such as CPG, retail, automotive, beverage/alcohol, lifestyle, and entertainment is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of experiential marketing and how to surround it with digital, social, influencer, content, and traditional media.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data-driven sales process experience.
- Solid grasp of media trends, cultural marketing, and multicultural audience dynamics—especially U.S. Hispanic markets.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, get-it-done attitude.
