About the Role
We are looking for experienced, skilled, and dependable Appliance Delivery & Installation Technicians to join our growing team. If you have a strong work ethic, take pride in providing exceptional customer service, and have hands-on experience delivering and installing household appliances, we’d like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver residential appliances to customers’ homes.
- Install and test appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, and over-the-range microwaves.
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Remove and dispose of old appliances when required.
- Provide customers with basic operating instructions and answer questions professionally.
- Inspect appliances for damage before and after delivery.
- Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate delivery records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work vehicle.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of appliance delivery and installation experience preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical, water, and gas appliance connections.
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy appliances (100 lbs.) with a partner and proper equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required if operating company vehicles).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance.
