Necessary to have a strong understanding of basic electrical and diagnosing broken equipment. Ability to effectively communicate with team members, store staff, and store managers. Must have follow-up and organizational skills along with a strong attention to detail. Flexibility to varied hours/days including evenings, holidays, and alternating weekend coverage. Must be able and willing to freely access all areas of our locations. Stand, reach, bend, kneel, stoop, climb and move about the locations while moving equipment and tools.  Access tall rooftops with ladder when no riser room is available. Clean driving record and valid driver's license. Company truck and specialty tools are provided. Physical Demands and Working Conditions This job operates primarily in our stores. You'll be using your phone, and a laptop is provided for tech support and weekend coverage. Required to stand; walk; use oh hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arm and requires the ability lift parts and supplies up to 75lbs. Prolonged commutes in the driver's seat traveling from site to site and physical help when your co-workers are in need. Minimal travel may be expected for this position if the need arises in an out-of-state market. All related expenses are covered. Keep track of service requests; respond, update, and close orders when completed on our in-house service request platform. Training will be provided.
