Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train new employees to complete tasks within established timeframes
- Perform regular inspections to ensure quality and efficiency of all cleaning tasks
- Step in to cover shifts when employees are unavailable
- Deliver cleaning supplies to various job sites as needed to keep teams fully equipped
- Operate equipment such as a leaf blower when required
- Maintain clear communication with team members and management
Qualifications:
- High energy with strong attention to detail
- Prior supervisory or janitorial experience preferred
- Experience using a leaf blower required
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Willingness to travel occasionally (Nashville will serve as home base)
- Ability to pass a background check
