Key Responsibilities Include, Not Limited To
- Communicate with clients, employees, and other individuals to answer questions
- Record daily accounts receivables/payables transactions
- Manage monthly and quarterly sales tax in multiple states
- Perform variety of administrative duties for upper management as well as projects as requested by executive team
- Assist in managing benefits
- Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts
- Review & Manage credit card charges

Requirements
- Proficient in QuickBooks & Microsoft Excel
- 2 years of Bookkeeping experience
- Analytical
- Customer Service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-Oriented
- Time management
- Spanish preferred but not required
