Property Management Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants and coordinate maintenance, inspections, and property upkeep, including traveling to properties as needed for
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance, ensuring alignment between vendors/maintenance and tenants
- Manage leasing activities including responding to leads, conducting property tours, following up with prospects, processing applications, and executing lease agreements
- Monitor collections, follow up on outstanding balances, and escalate delinquencies, including eviction coordination as required
- Support occupancy goals through tenant retention and turnover coordination
- Maintain accurate property records and operational documentation
- Coordinate special projects, ensuring alignment between clients, crews, and vendors
- Serve as point of contact for customer communication and issue resolution
- Manage vendor/crew dispatch, including urgent and emergency responses
- Invoice special projects on a per-project basis, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Maintain records, logs, and documentation while ensuring adherence to company procedures and standards
Job Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Strong sense of urgency, reliability, and attention to detail
- Experience in administrative support, customer service, operations, or property management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic digital tools
- Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally, including tenant and financial matters
- Willingness and ability to travel to properties for inspections, coordination, tours, and operational tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
