Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage services tailored to each client’s individual needs
- Perform massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, and lymphatic drainage)
- Conduct brief client consultations to understand concerns, preferences, and wellness goals
- Educate clients on self-care practices/recommend services that support long-term wellness
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and prepared according to spa standards
- Uphold all spa policies, professional ethics, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Current Massage Therapy License in accordance with Virginia regulations
- Experience providing Swedish and deep tissue massage preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships and provide personalized care
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Previous spa or wellness environment experience is a plus
