What they need to see:
- Strong Python
- Production GenAI and agent framework experience — LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or Semantic Kernel
- Prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, AI workflow design
- Enterprise integration through REST APIs and SDKs — auth, token management, orchestration
- Automation platforms: Power Automate, Zapier, n8n or similar
- Azure, AWS or GCP, plus Git and CI/CD
