Lotus Pest Control is growing, and we're looking for motivated people who enjoy working with customers, solving problems, and earning commission.
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll inspect homes, recommend pest and home protection solutions, and help homeowners protect their investments. No pest control experience required — we'll train you!
What We Offer

- 10% commission on eligible one-time ancillary services

What You'll Do
- Conduct approximately 5–6 home inspections per day.
- Recommend solutions for pest, termite, moisture, and attic concerns.
- Present service options and close sales based on customer needs.
- Work with service technicians to identify additional opportunities.
- Maintain customer relationships and complete annual termite inspections.
- Track appointments, inspections, and sales in FieldRoutes.
- Attend daily sales training and team meetings.
What You'll Sell
You'll receive training on a range of home protection services, including:
- General pest control and mosquito treatments
- Termite prevention and treatment
- Crawlspace moisture control and encapsulation
- Attic insulation and air sealing
- Fire ant, mole, and specialized pest treatments
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A motivated, coachable, results-oriented attitude
- Interest in sales and helping customers find solutions
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
- Ability to perform home inspections and access crawlspaces when needed
- Willingness to obtain required state licenses and certifications
Previous sales experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates from customer service, retail, home improvement, automotive sales, and other customer-facing backgrounds.
