Expectations from our Service Manager

• Interview and hire new technicians
• Field training with pest control technicians to ensure they deliver high-value service in compliance with law
• Minor fleet maintenance; oil changes, repairs, inspections
• Complete 100 services per month (~5 per day)
• Oversee a team of technicians
• Optimize service routes and schedules for maximum efficiency
• Support the Regional Operations Manager in expanding our pest control services and market share
