Pest Control Technician – Full Time (Northwest Arkansas Area)

Bentonville | Rogers | Fayetteville | Siloam Springs

No prior pest control experience required. We provide full training and set you up to succeed from day one.

What You’ll Need

• Valid U.S. driver’s license (minimum 3 years)
• Solid driving history (limited recent violations)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Willingness to work independently and stay organized throughout the day

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a daily service route and helping customers solve pest issues
• Applying treatments in accordance with all safety and regulatory standards
• Maintaining accurate service records and customer notes
• Keeping your vehicle and equipment clean and operational
• Communicating any issues or customer concerns to management
• Educating customers on prevention and potential risks
• Handling materials and equipment, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Working a schedule that includes every other Saturday
