What are the responsibilities and job description for the Register/Drink maker position at Lotus Pepper?
Duties:
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answer customer inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Taking orders over the phone
- Assist with food preparation and ensure food safety standards are followed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Making drinks for customers
-Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred.
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
