Location: Tampa, FL (Lotus Learning Center limited travel sessions)
Pay: $20–$22 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable One-on-One Elementary Instructor to provide individualized academic support in the afternoons and evenings. Most sessions are held at our center, with a few travel-based sessions in the nearby area.
Schedule
- Afternoon to evening hours (Monday–Friday)
- Ideal for homeschool parents, current educators, or tutors looking for supplemental hours
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one instruction in reading, writing, or math for elementary students
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet each child’s learning style and goals
- Support social-emotional development and executive functioning skills
- Collaborate with our center team to ensure consistency and communication
- Maintain clear progress notes and encourage positive student engagement
Requirements
- Experience working with elementary-age children (required)
- Experience or willingness to learn strategies for supporting students with special needs (required)
- Reliable transportation for occasional travel sessions
- Bachelor’s degree or enrollment in an education-related program preferred
- Excellent communication, patience, and creativity
