What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resource Coordinator/ Case Manager position at Lotus House Women's Shelter?
We are seeking a bachelor's level case manager to provide resource coordination/case management to women experiencing homelessness residing at Lotus House Women's Shelter. Candidates must have experience working with individuals with mental health challenges, histories of complex trauma, substance abuse, domestic violence and medical and developmental needs.
Must be committed to helping improve the lives of women and children in the Miami-Dade community by working in a high-paced residential environment. This position is for the Families team servicing women age 25 and up with children at the shelter. This position requires knowledge in different electronic health systems as well as completing needs assessments for mothers.

REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor's Degree
-Valid Drivers License and ability to be insured at no additional cost
-Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Sheets, and Electronic Health Systems
-Experience working with diverse populations
-Experience providing services to high need individuals
-Work Schedule - Tuesday- Saturday- with two evening shifts or Sunday- Thursday- with two evening shifts. Option to choose between:
1) 5 day schedule (8 hours a day for 5 days)
2) 4 1/2 day schedule (9 hours for 4 days & 4 hours for 1 day)
