Residential House Manager

SANDPOINT, ID: Lotus House Supported Living seeks Part-time Employee, Housing IncludedWanted: Competent, qualified, and sensitive individual for long-term arrangement. Nursing/Medical experience strongly preferred. Lotus House is a small, new, supported living community in the heart of Sandpoint, Idaho. It provides long-term, stable housing for up to 3 individuals (all male) who are living with mental health challenges. We are seeking a House Manager to live on site and facilitate healthy roommate dynamics as well as oversee once-per-day group meals (dinner) and distribute twice-per-day medication (mornings and evenings). Employee would be required to be on site nightly between the hours of 5PM and 7AM, but could be away during the day. A comfortable room with private bath will be provided, all utilities included. Salary in addition to room & board negotiable, commensurate with experience. The well-kept, 4 Bedroom home with large yard is located in a quiet neighborhood, near many walkable conveniences including the YMCA, Travers Park, the James Russell Sports Center, Bonner County Library, and many others! Ideal candidate will have a degree in nursing and prior experience working in the fields of caregiving and/or mental health. They will have outstanding communication and inter-personal skills, a positive, compassionate, solution-oriented personality, and a growth mindset. Qualified candidates both male and female will be considered, provided they are willing and capable of cohabitating harmoniously with 3 male residents. Sick time and time-off will be available in accordance with local regulations and employee needs. Existing pets and a live-in spouse would be considered on a case-by-case basis.
