Key Responsibilities
- Laundry Operations: Wash, dry, iron, fold, and sort hotel linens, towels, and guest clothing according to hotel standards.
- Stain and Damage Management: Pre-treat stains, perform minor sewing repairs, and report damaged items.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain washers, dryers, and ironing equipment safely; clean dryer filters and ensure all machinery is functional.
- Inventory and Supplies: Track laundry detergents, sewing kits, and other supplies; ensure proper stock levels.
- Distribution: Deliver clean linens to guest rooms or housekeeping carts and collect soiled laundry from rooms.
