We are seeking passionate, nurturing, and engaging Licensed Kindergarten Teacher to join our school community. We are looking for an educator who is committed to creating a positive, academically rich classroom environment while fostering confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning in young children.

Our Private Kindergarten program combines strong academics with hands-on learning experiences and utilizes the following curriculum programs:

Wonders 2023 Literacy Curriculum — A Science of Reading-based literacy program focused on phonics, phonemic awareness, comprehension, writing, differentiated instruction, and foundational literacy development.

Big Ideas Math® Modeling Real Life Program — An interactive mathematics curriculum designed to build strong foundational math skills through hands-on activities, real-world problem solving, and differentiated learning experiences.

Qualifications:

✔ Valid State Teaching License Required
✔ Experience in Early Childhood or Elementary Education preferred
✔ Strong classroom management and communication skills
✔ Ability to implement engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction
✔ Professional, dependable, and collaborative mindset
✔ Passion for supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of young learners

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality kindergarten instruction aligned with curriculum standards Implement Wonders 2023 Literacy and Big Ideas Math curriculum programs with fidelity
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Build strong relationships and communication with families
• Collaborate with leadership and fellow educators to support student success
• Support children in developing confidence, independence, and a love of learning
